Sant'Antioco, located in the southwest of Sardinia, bears the marks of a millennia-old history. Inhabited since the Nuragic era, the island became a thriving Phoenician trading post before falling under Roman rule. Today, one of the cacti that dot its arid landscapes catches our attention: with two triangles for eyes, it seems to invite us to extend our stay on this sun-soaked peninsula.
